目前付款方式為網上銀行轉帳及 DuitNow QR；實際可用方式以結帳頁為準。人工付款須完成核實後，才會安排後續出貨。
優惠碼、套裝及促銷依各自公布的有效期、適用商品及使用條件執行。如客觀證據顯示冒用資格、偽造付款或其他濫用行為，我們可暫停相關處理並要求合理核實。
請勿向任何人提供銀行密碼、OTP 或其他付款安全驗證資料。
5. 資訊或價格錯誤
如發現商品資料、價格或庫存存在錯誤，我們會儘快更正。
若錯誤影響已提交的訂單，我們會說明情況，並依訂單是否已獲接受及適用法律處理；不會以「網站有權更正」為由，自動更改已確認交易的價格。
如需你選擇是否按正確資料繼續購買，我們會先取得同意。未能履行的已付款部分，將安排退款。
6. 配送、地址及收件安排
配送範圍、運費、備貨時間與預計送達時間，以配送資訊、商品頁及結帳資訊為準。預計時間不等於保證送達日期，除非另有明確約定。

2. Product Information and Intended Use

3. Order Submission and Acceptance
After you submit an order, the system may issue an acknowledgement or payment notification. Unless the notification expressly confirms our acceptance, it only acknowledges receipt of the relevant information.
After verifying payment, stock, delivery feasibility and necessary information, we will expressly confirm acceptance through the order status or email.
If there is a stock shortage, obvious pricing error, delivery restriction, unverified payment or reasonable transaction-security concern, we will contact you to explain and discuss available arrangements.
If we cannot accept an order for which payment has been received, we will arrange a refund for the unfulfilled portion. We will not substitute products or require a higher payment without your agreement.
4. Prices, Payments and Promotions
Prices and payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other fees will be displayed before submission or otherwise clearly confirmed.
We currently accept online bank transfers and DuitNow QR. The options actually available will be shown at checkout. Manual payments must be verified before dispatch arrangements proceed.
Promotional codes, bundles and offers are subject to their published validity periods, eligible products and conditions. Where objective evidence indicates impersonation, falsified payments or other misuse, we may pause the affected process and request reasonable verification.
Do not disclose banking passwords, OTPs or other payment-security credentials.
5. Information and Pricing Errors
We will correct errors in product information, pricing or availability as soon as reasonably practicable.
If an error affects a submitted order, we will explain the situation and handle it according to whether the order has been accepted and applicable law. Our right to correct website information does not automatically allow us to change the price of an already confirmed transaction.
Where your agreement is needed to proceed on corrected terms, we will obtain it first. Payments for any unfulfilled portion will be refunded.
6. Delivery, Addresses and Receipt
Delivery coverage, charges, processing periods and estimated arrival times are described in our shipping information, product pages and checkout information. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed.
Please provide accurate delivery details and necessary cooperation for receipt. If an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient or failure to accept an agreed delivery causes additional delivery costs, we will explain the reasonable charges and obtain confirmation before proceeding.
Costs arising from our own delivery errors will not be transferred to you. We will assist with delayed, damaged or missing parcels and handle the matter according to the facts and applicable law.
7. Changes, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Contact customer service promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Requests depend on the payment, preparation, customisation and dispatch stage and are not effective until confirmed.

Special conditions for customised, engraved or processed goods must be clearly disclosed before purchase. These terms and related policies do not restrict statutory remedies.
8. Intellectual Property
